3 tablespoons dried marjoram
3 tablespoons dried thyme
3 tablespoons juniper berries
1 tablespoon black peppercorns
2 teaspoons anise seeds
1 (14 -15 lb) whole turkey
12 fresh rosemary sprigs (3 inches each)
