no access because pw is not regonized

i have a problem with the password ..it do not regonize it
i have use the tool for disable admin sent new password , but that tool dont work
Still get the message that the system can not sent the email

please what can i do
i am the founder of the forum

It is not a good idea to send a password reset to two different staff members. The reason why is that they both might reset the password twice.
