Hi,
Is it just your site these users are experiencing this?
Also, what browser are they using, ie, the built in browser, if it is, what phone, ie, android, iphone ect.
Im using the built in Android and Im getting the blank page.
What's unusual is, that I can't replicate that error; I just get blank white pages, on all forumotion sites
Ill see if I can get this passed up
Edit 2.50AM UK
As a temporary fix specifically for ANDROID users;
Deactivate the ability to use 'MOBILE MODE' for
**all* sites*
Access the web browser > Click the 'menu' button, then click on 'More' > Click 'Settings' > "Mobile view" Untick (leave if it is already not ticked) then hit back and reload the site.
Please note that data charges may change and may incur HIGHER charges, which is out of the ability of forumotions technical team, but to the discretion of the mobile carrier.
This works fine for me on my Incredible S and has for some time, and im willing to pay the extra charge, which is so small it's barely noticable - on my plan

Hi,
Could this be because of a CSS code or Javascript you installed?

It was working fine earlier this morning, and I have not made any changes to the CSS code or Javascript in a long time.

What does the screen display Error, blank page or other?
