Help With Moving Widget

Hi I was wondering if it is possible to move a widget around to specific areas. I have activated the recent topic widget but I would like to have it in the red surrounding border and I would like to align it with the first category on my forum which is labeled Main. Please help.

Just add this code in your CSS Stylesheet:
Replace 120px by less or more.

Thank you so much, it worked. However it took me awhile to figure out to put margin-top instead of bottom in the code. After the correction it worked great.
