Naruto: Lost Dimension 2.0

Graphics & Layout - Rating: Good

Let me start by saying that I have review many "Naruto Role-Play" forums, and yours did stand out as unique, though not the best I have seen.
First off, your banner is quite interesting and colorful, and nicely complements the background. However, as my eyes move down, I'm seeing a poor navigation bar. It looks "stitched" into the theme and doesn't seem to match with the rest of the Naruto theme. Find or create buttons that blend better in with your overall theme. I do love the homepage message, with Madara on it. A quick glance around, I see that your graphics are all top-rate and match well. Good job with most of your images.
A beef: Your announcements are scrolling too fast, too glowy, and much too difficult to read. Also, why is everything all Caps? At least you can slow down the scrolling speed so that reading is easier.

Now as I go down through the forums, I like the detailed content and description you've put into each board. I can see you've put forth your best effort and if pays off. However, I would like to mention that having too many forums and categories is not smart since it makes navigation so much harder. Having many forum section isn't smart; it just adds more scrolling space. I recommend to change this so that your forum's presentation appears better; your users will appreciate the easier scrolling too.

Your color scheme currently looks a little too dark and to me it appears like a wall of black. It needs to be a bit lighter with a few extra colors. Not only is having it set one dark color detrimental to reading text, but having it set to one color isn't attractive and can drive users away.
