MP3 hosting? Hows that done?

Hi, I am trying to put some training material on my Forum and some of them are in MP3 format, how do I host MP3s?
Youtube and Dailymotion are Websites that are blocked. Are there other privat hosting sites where I could upload my MP3s?

:-) Thanks... Yeah thought of that after posting in here:-)
However, people may use some of the solutions and recommend better ones. If I google I pick a random one since I have no clue on these things:-)
If I ask here people my recommend good ones.
