when you scrolling down. at the bottom,the colors of the text isnt white but its red ( not like as Top text )

You should try and check your CSS templates too see if you made any errors. This can also be causing the Text colors problems,
ACP > Display > Colors > CSS StyleSheet
I Had this problem before too, When you go to the colors and modify the settings you wouldnt see the changes... Its a CSS error

I do not see any red text while scrolling down the page.
