Is there a support in any other languages than English and can I aske help by any other ways that just via this forum?

Thanks Gassy, that was a fast answer! We have a forum, old one, and noone does have admin rights nolonger at least noone does remember them anymore. We would like to do some changes, but we cant without a admin rules. I think that is one of the biggest guestons here always.

So I have to take a contact to the admins of this forum by this way: /t93821-lost-founder-s-password? Which one I shold take a contact, MrMario, Sanket, or Joph25 ?

Just send one pm to one of the listed staff members. If you send a pm to more than one, your password could be changed more then once.

How long that usually takes, few days or hours? Is forum support also totally free for everyone? Thanks for your answers mates!

If you still haven't got a reply within 48 hours, you can PM him again or a manager to recover your password, sometimes we're so busy that we can't assist all of the member's request. Thank you for understanding Smile

Same proplems still going on. It seems that, we do not have correct and working admin email nolonger. Forum has set in 2007 and email we have used at that time does not exist anymore. How we can get new admin rights?

Send a pm with the old email address to get what you want and also include that the old email is not use and give the new email address.

I've send pm to MrMario about it in here. I did add forum admins old email address (not working anymore) and my own email address (working) to him. We cannot log to the forum via admin, because we dont have password. But yet wandering how we get new admin rights working that way? It seems that my pm is still in outbox and MrMario havent got it yet. This seems to be stiff, thank you for your patience! silent

If it has been over 48 hours since you sent the pm, send a new pm.

But don't forget, don't send PM to more staff members, send only to one person. You can delete PM just checking it and click Delete button. Wink

When PMs are in the Outbox it means they haven't been read yet. As soon as they're read, they will be moved to the Sentbox. Wink

Hi Need Java. Go to www.java.com If using 64 bit OS. Still download & install 32 bit along with 64 bit. Because many applications are either pseudo 64 bit. Or switch between the two.
