Hello everyone!
One of my forum moderators recently made me aware of a bug that is beyond my control to fix. I was hoping that since I cannot do anything about it, perhaps someone here would be able to help. To view the bug report, click here.

Hello,
Looks like the user needs to clear the cache of their browser. If only a few people (one or two) have this problem its indeed a browser issue.

I thought that was the problem too, but I wasn't sure, so I decided to ask. Can I just give him the clear cookies link and have him click yes, or does he need to do it the real way by going into browser options, etc., etc., etc.MrMario wrote:Hello,

I would do it from the browser and or try another browser to make sure this issue is indeed their side.
