Is there any way to edit the forum information:

Example 1) You have specified an incorrect or inactive username, or an invalid password.

Example 2) This forum is locked: you cannot post, reply to, or edit topics.

You can edit that text only in phpbb2 and punbb.

ACP > Display > Template > edit : confirm_body
