Quick Review - Rating: Average

Your forum possess some unique qualities, but not enough. I like your background, and certain color coordination, but the gray text is just a really bad color to choose. You can't even read the forums since the colors don't coordinate that well. Although your forum is decent, it still has some cons. I'll lay them out in a Pro's/Con's format:

Pros:

Nice background
Some nice codings (Wibiya bar)
Some colors coordinate well
The latest topics system
Much entertainments

Cons:

The gray text makes everything not clear
Some images look poorly designed
There's a "<" before your latest topic system (unprofessional)
Your forum's width looks to small
Needs more life and vivid colors
