Can't get my password?

I tried to get my password sent to my email and this is all that comes up. The security 'Disallow admin to send new password' is active in Admin Panel > General Admin >Security Did someone hack into my Account and change my email? My forum is http://www.speedadvocate/forumotion.net. So I created this username to join on here in hopes to get some insight on what I'm doing incorrectly?

Ok I also tried logging into this also /profile?mode=sendpassword and this is all I got.. The e-mail address you supplied does not match the one listed for that username. I also tried typing in speedadvocate.forumotion.net/admin and got nothing. I'm not sure what else to try?

Currently we can put the option "Confirm password to administration access" in:
PA => General => Securiy =>
