Urgent Forum Spam/Hacked

My forum have been spammed or hack again with obsence picture on certain threads. It also screams. This has happen once before. The difference is it's not on every thread or upon signing in, yet. I have a closed registration, so i don't know how they were able to sign on again.

They're neither. My registration is closed. I can't even pull his name up to ban him/her. They go by the name guest. I have no idea how they we able to sign on, or why i can't even click on the name for any information. They are not on my members list either. They appear to be a guest, but i'm closed to any guest.

Checked your site and it appears to be closed to all guests o.o

Try going to your Admin Panel and checking all your forum sections and categories, just to make sure guests are not allowed.
