To move ads you can using this code in CSS Stylesheet:

Code:: td.bodyline div#page-body div#emptyidcc table tbody tr td div iframe{ top: 100px; position: relative; }

but you can't do that the ads appear only on portal, you can use credits for this.
Of course you can change the value of top propriety by changing 100
