Chatbox CSS help needed (chatbox text area)

Hi! I'm in urgent need of a css help. I'd like to re-color the text area on this chatbox:



I'd tried it with different color codes, but it doesn't work. I could only re-color the textbox of the quick reply option, but not the chatbox's text area. I want to recolor the white area to a different, dark color. ^^ I have tried several codes, but none of them worked.

Any help and a fast reply would be appreciated. Thank you. ^^
