How do you add Widgets And Chatboxes?

I cant figure out how to add Widgets, or turn on a chat box.

Is your administration panel on advance?
ACP>>MODULES>>Chatbox
For the widgets will be also in the modules.

I think this would be a nice addition to a forum.Like for say you have a live chat with technicians or a live chat with Mod or Admin.
You can add live chat to a forum and chat live with your members.This would be good for a school also.
