Change Tab in User Profile and default profile page

My Forum is http://lostsagaforum.indonesianforum.net and have 450 members right now.
1.Some user have a suggestion that the profile should have a tab button like this
because if it's just a text , some newbie user doesn't know where's they visitor mesages or where's they rpg board etc.
so .. is it possible to add a tab or a button instead.
or make it like the user have his/her own page like this
i know for phpbb3 / punbb / invision they have a tab already.
but is difficult for me to change a theme coz i have to reupload the image like button etc.
so ... is there's a way to change them for phpbb2 ?
2.and last is it possible ? to change the profile page ,like http://FORUMNAME.forumotion.net/u1 to the visitor page http://FORUMNAME.forumotion.net/u1wall

1. it really depends on the forum version. Users can't create their own profile page.

well i think there should be a feature added to the profile to donate point to users from their profile page without going to admin panel.
