That is what that forum is. The admin himself says this on the homepage...

I did that already but it said something like "this has been sent to [name of forum]"-- I don't care to have this sent to them... the forum shouldn't exist as the admin himself has declared right on the homepage. So just delete the damn thing. I assume a fetish porn piracy forum somehow violates your tos so i wouldn't think this would be a big issue.

You have done the right thing by reporting the forum. The litigation actually gets sent to the litigation team at Forumotion for reviewing. If they find that the forum is indeed breaking the TOS then appropriate action will be taken.

It says that it go to the forum, but it does not. It goes to the litigation team.

How long does it take for the litigation team to render a decision?
Will I be informed? I need to know if I will be contacting Forummotion's host company or their upstream provider.

You will not be informed about the litigation team's decision. There is no set time that can be given for litigations.

The free forums are on forum-phpbb.co.uk which is hosted by Softlayer in Dallas making all the forums subject to US copyright law yet I don't see on forum-phpbb.co.uk's home page any way to contact the copyright agent?

Hi,
ForuMotion itself is operated from France, and all work is preformed locally.
The developers, aka techs/techies/technicians/ect are all French.
If you wish to partake legal issues, I highly suggest you PM a Global Moderator, and see if they know the physical address.
If you cannot obtain it there, then please register at the French Support Forum, and get in contact with The Godfather as he is a Pro-Staff team member
Just a few things you need to know, The Godfather closes his PM's on Friday afternoon, and doesn't visit the forum over the weekend - a different member of staff visits the forum.
You are also required to make 1 post in order the send a PM.
The best time to contact Godfather is on a Monday, as you will be able to talk all week with him.
The godfather is the team leader of the Devs/Techs so he is VERY busy and is in control of ALOT of information (but is generally double checked), so it may be a few hours into the next business day before you get a response.
It's also respected that you speak French in the French Support Forum, if you can't speak French, you can use Google Translator
You should note that ForuMotion (ForumActif - French counterpart, mother company.) is governed by FRENCH laws not by US State laws and if you do peruse legal actions, it could be very expansive!!
Godfather should be able to assist you with the issue as he has access to the forum in question, he is also the highest point in contact for us here at the English Support Forum.

I dont see what it would have to do with copyright issues on your part? Is the forum using something of yours you have copyrighted ?
Other then that.If the forum is in violation and you reported the forum, then it is now in litigations hands to take the appropriate actions. There is no real time frame, they take reports as they revive them and then investigate the report to make sure it is legit, This is why they ask for any links or screen shots to provide, So be sure you are providing all you can of the violations taking place.
Keep in mind you can always report it more then once as well.
