why does it look like this? It's not supposed to look like this and the admin panel isn't showing up

It had a black grayish backround, snowflakes falling down the site a snowman and christmas lights from this site also a christmas countdown

Try removing what you have added.

If you do not see the Administration Panel link, add admin to the last of your forum address.

I want to do a back up but my login info for the utilities think is saying my login info is wrong and it isn't

Well keep trying, it is obviously wrong if it says it is.

Also check to make sure styles are showing on your browser. If so then check admin panel to see who changed/updated what and revert back.

My other admin fixed it he said i edited the templates but i don't remember doing that.
