How to change which side the bar with the people is on.

i couldn't find this anywhere!

So you know how the people bar is on the left side of the screen on this forum. Well on one of my forums its on the right, how do i get it to the left??

Please help!

My definition of people bar: The bar that has the person, if they are online, there posts and all of that jazz.
