Change From Phpbb2 to Phpbb3/Punbb/Invision

Hi...My Forum is want to change the theme, and i have some question here.

1.What is the good point of phpbb3,punbb,and invison ? compare to phpbb2 ,just what is the best !
2.when we change from phpbb2 to phpbb3,punbb,or invison is it our edited template,css,html page,widget and picture will be deleted ?
3."theme preview" in hit skin. when i was try some punbb and phpbb3 theme in hitskin.com. my forum look messed up, is that just a preview ? or when i change theme to that theme my forum look exactly same ?
4.is it a possible to have double theme ? but the one with full color and picture and the one that just using some simple text and simple box color not with image or anything like that.(all image is deactivate and changing into a box color)

2) HTML Pages & Widgets will not be deleted. Pictures such as navigation bars etc will be deleted.
3) Yes it will look the exact same if you are trying the preview option on hitskin.com
4) You can search on this forum for a multiple style change. However, personally i feel its not so optimized & hence not recommend it to you.
