How do I make one specific user the moderator of a forum, rather than the whole usergroup they're in?

Go to Administration Panel => Users & Groups => Users => Search users => Users list => 
=> Permissions => Moderator status => V Is Moderator!

Is there a way, to take off the "admistrators" from the forums. I put it names for each topics or sections. But the Administratornthingy keeps on pop'ng out.

OK so if u put a group as a moderator of lets say the news forum. Ok so when u look at the news forum on the homepage it has all the groups that can mod that forum under the name news and the description. How can i get it so like the moderators group can
