It looks like that website you showed us has a lot of uploaded content..
You could probably do something similar like that on a Forumotion site without a lot of coding, since you can simply just upload a file as a video. And you can quite easily make a nice HTML page that has the links to the videos.
But problem is, if you're going to upload a lot of files, you may need more credits to purchase more storage space on your website.
