Arcade system, top list for forum?

Hello,
I just wounder how they did create this arcade system: http://sass-hq.com/modules.php?name=Forums&file=arcade
I know they using Forumotion but i got no idea how they made the score. If oyu click "sumbit" in the game it will be added on their page in a own list.
Please help =)

Hello,

They aren't using Forumotion and you most likely won't be able to do this.

They aren't. I can tell by .php in the url which doesn't exist here.

Hello , my members are bored now and are willing to get a new arcade module in which they can play games , save their scores and there should be competitions the games must be only 5:- snake, simon, astroids, and 2 more games... i hope forumotion
