idk how to edit my navbar

http://devine-knights.forumotion.com the buttons for the navbar are all weird my other friend made it so it was a scrollover type thing i tried to remove it and its like this now how to i get ot be the buttons cuz i see there clearly still saved into the admin panel but idk how to disable whats currently showing plz help

What the heck? What happened?
Don't worry. Did your friend save and CSS or scripts for his navbar? If he didn't, all you need to do is simply go to ACP >> Display >> Pics Management and remove/replace the images.
You could also simply go to ACP >> Display >> Themes Management and restore your board's theme to a few days/weeks ago.

Didnt work i tried both ways 
He had saved the css but i erased it/Saved elsewhere.Do i need it to fix it?

something in the CSS isnt set to :
and something else isn't set to:
