Name of my forum won't change on my browsers.

So I changed the name of my forum in the administration panel>general>configuration>site name. It works on the forum itself but the browsers still read my forum's name as what it once was. When you tab my forum it still reads the name it use to be instead of our new name.
I've browsed around the admin panel to figure out how to change it, but to no avail. A little help?

It has been reported to me that users are unable to right click in order to copy text while they are using the editor when browsing in internet explorer.
