Add a banner/link to a friends site

As the topic would suggest I would like to add a banner/link to a friends site on to mine.

My url: http://thefrontrunner.pro-forum.co.uk/

I cant work the screenshot thingy so I will try and explain where I want it.

As you look at my homepage there is my main banner (picture of the horses) then the title of the site THE FRONT RUNNER. Just below that it says Sports Talk Forum. I would like to replace that wording with another banner/link to a friends site.

Do I just copy and paste it into acp> General> Forum> Configuration> Site Description or is it a CSS thing.

I had one previous but I really cant remember how I did it, I know I found a help on here but cant for the life of me find it again lol

you can do it in templates with PHPBB2 or PunBB... or you can do it in the site description.

I am sure it was within the templates I did it before however unsure where/which bit to stick it in now
