Forum Deletion

I would like my forum removed, I know there is a function in the ACP about this and yes I have used it, however my forum still exists.
If anyone can shed light on this then please let me know or if an admin can remove it for me then please do so at:

If you've used Forumotion Deletion on your ACP, you need to go to your email and find the deletion confirmation email sent to you.

Um it is asking me to authenticate it using the e-mail address and password used at the time of creation which was years ago I don't remember that, any more thoughts?

Do you still have the email sent to you on Forum Creation? Your info should all be in there
