Do Glitter/Glowing Names Work On ChatBox?

Tittle Says it all..
I put this glitter in Owners name
http://i45.servimg.com/u/f45/15/95/60/34/glitte10.gif
And saved, It shows the glitter on the
legend, but it doesn't show it around the forum?
Any reason or it isn't supposed to show around the forum?

How come I added the background image to the owners group,
it shows it on the bottom of forum (LEGEND) but it doesn't show
when I write on chatbox or even my profile.

Group, Well I'm the only person on the group.
Owner Group.
I added it already and everything. It just don't show up on chat.

glitter will not show up on a group in the chatbox, u have to add it to a person.

use the code i gave u and then put it in the css stylesheet, and if u log into the chatbox u should have sparks on your name

the group with the sparks wont show the sparks in the chatbox, if u want someone to have sparks u have to add the code. add the code to your CSS and log into your chatbox

hover over the persons username and it should have some thin /u and then a #
