We can change the colour of the members in group, but is it possible to change the colour of for a particular username

Yes, it sure is.
Go to, Administration Panel --> Users & Groups --> Groups --> Group Administration. Click the
sign and then find Group Members Color. Then fix the color as you want it. Also, make sure Color Group Members is checked yes.
