downloaded wmt 2.0 and lost my wifi on maylong m 150 tablet. what do i do now?

I lost my admin user and password can not be restored because the administration panel settings it is not enabled .. I dont have any other administrator users who can go to administratsion panel to make it allow.. How do I get back my admin password??I
