Problem due to ''Technical maintenance''

Hi, i have a problem with my forum http://eurodance.forumstory.net who was changed to http://eurodance.forumstory.org regarding to The Godfather anouncement /t101799-technical-maintenance-of-some-forumotion-domain-names

My forum won't work ! Please HELP !

Have you tried to access your forum through the utilities: http://www.forumotion.com/en/utils/

I tried now and i log in ''Utilities for eurodance.forumstory.org'' , i made a restore, but still unavailable.

The message i receive after back-up:

Check your e-mails to validate your forum

The modifications have been done.

Your forum is available at this address :
http://eurodance.forumstory.org

The founder admin's password is now identical to the tools one.

I tried :
In case of error on eurodance.forumstory.org
Direct connection to the Administration Panel

Still unavailable.

Any Help?

Hi,

Please do NOT PM me about support, or asking for assistance, it generally doesn't work !

The issue seems like the forum was removed, it was NOT apart of the intended technical maintenance, otherwise it'd have been on the list of maintenance, and would've been corrected by now Wink

Please re-access the utilities, scroll down to 'direct access', put in your details, click 'log in'

What happens now?

I think I know what's gone wrong here, but in the worst case situation, were going to need a dev/techie Wink

The domain forumstory.org doesn't even exist.

However .net does, which validates the issue's connection to the maintenance, as the subdomains were changed to '.org' where possible. Wink

As i said, all forums under forumstory.net was changed to forumstory.org

i go to Direct connection to the Administration Panel
I put my admin user and pass but don't work.

I believe was deleted due to .net to .org changes.

HEEEELP ! Some Admin or Tech from forumotion!

Please relax, I understand your concern, and will be reported once a member of our team comes online, and will be corrected once the report is read, or otherwise put in a que of things needed correcting.

Can you please tell me what error is coming up, ie, incorrect password.....?
The more infor we can get, the quicker the techies can fix it Smile

I'm so sad .... my registered users are gone to other forums. When (if) my forum will be recovered, i will be the only one user there...
