Hi, i got this message in my administrative panel

I was wondering, if i was to do this, would all of my traffic going to my www.roflzone.american-forum.net domain be sent to my new one? And also, is this a permanent domain name (will I lose it over time)? thanks in advance

The free domain is only for a year.
