Help me 
! when someone presses register it's writes ".Administrators have forbidden any new members."
I cheaked ACP > Users & Groups > Users Options > Allow new members
And it was on "yes"
Even the holidays are "no"
and i don know what to do!
(i dont speak very good English...)
