The founder forgot his password and can't enter

I'm the admin of http://gta-yu.usersboard.com, but i'm not the founder, is my friend, he tried to enter 10 minutes ago, but he can't remeber his password, i've gone to the admin panel and I tried to change but 'only the founder can change his password' and he tried to recover the password going to login- forget password.... but he told that it say that the user and the e-mail don't concide.

I forgot password for my forum.And i have another e-mail adress.Please,help me!
I tried logging into my admin account and I forgot the password, however the option to send new password to email for the forum wasn't enabled, is there another way to get on or do I just have to try and get the right password?
