and don't appear the image why?, In my forum it don't appears only in the portal, and in other forums it appears on a topics, how solucionate it?

Ok, in General- Options- Messages... i Press allow HTML, but in the messages I put the code and don't tick under the message that it says Turn off HTML code, and in the message don't appear the image only the code.
