Make sub domain of my forum

Hi,

How do I make sub domain of my forum. I have my domain on .biz and how could I make sub domain ?

Your forum also is working on old subdomain, even if you'll buy a custom domain. So, you can also acces your forum on old subdomain. Smile

Hello,

If you want to create a custom domain name you can go to Misc Tab // Spend Credits // Domain name

If you want to edit the subdomain name you need to be in the founder account and go to General // Forum Address

These are the only options for domain names.

No NO I do not asked that, I have already spend credits to buy my domain and have custom domain, I just asking that how could i make sub-domain like this

Same as it is, I want to make such sub domain:

The support forum is not a subdomain of Forumotion.

Okay, but why do not forumotion allows this because Godaddy offers this feature when a custom domain get registered, so why do forumotion restrict because full credits have been paid to get custom domain and what to do if I want what I said.

My comparison is to ask something related to normal domain package and their features. As after buying domain we can make our mailboxes and that,s one of the feature too (which is offered by domain providing websites) so same as it is I was asking for this feature because these features are offered when the domain is bought.

As i said, on Forumotion its not possible. Its been suggested & you can vote there. I am asking you not to compare it to GoDaddy, because its a domain name registrar whereas Forumotion is a FOrumhost & have different set of policies.
