Why does my theme change every time I only change pictures?

Guys, I've been having problems about my themes. I'm not sure if forumotion was working or not, but I'm really having trouble because every time I change only the picture, the theme changes into something else.
Here is a picture of the problem.
This is a picture of my real theme.
This is the cause of the problem.
I don't know why, but every time I put this to change the background picture, it reverts to the problem until I restore it again
. Please help me.
I really need all the help I can get. Also, I tried to disable chat box, but I saw it didn't work and then revert it back to normal. The only way it can restore to normal is if I restore the old theme. But I really want to make some changes.
Like the picture I wanted to display, it changes back again...

This topic was solved when I clicked a lot of buttons .
@Lavic: Make sure you change all the pictures then make sure that when you're gonna change your banner, make the banner changing last.
If you're not gonna change it, then recopy the link for your banner and re-paste it in the Pictures Management because if the others are last, it will revert back to the problem.
