Forum 'Locked'

The 'News and Announcements' section on my forum (http://beyondthepoint.pro-forum.co.uk/) is locked but none of the members can see the locked icon.
Neither the admin or members can see that it's locked however they cannot post in it.

Hi, are you sure that you have set the permissions correctly in the admin panel? Make sure that the 'Forum Status' is set to 'Locked' when you're editing the forum settings.

Them ones are but not the News and Announcements forum and that's what my problem is!

Thanks for the PM. I have fixed the problem for you, the problem was that the sub-forum 'Newsletters' was set to 'Unlocked' which caused the 'News and Announcements' forum to have the unlocked icon too.
