"Post A New Topic" Button Is Missing From My Forum!

When I go to write a new topic or message on my forum, I notice that the button Named "Post New Topic" is missing.
Please see the attached screenshot. The mouse cursor changes from pointer to finger and is clickable, however the button is invisible!

Is there a glitch with the theme I'm using? Can this be fixed?

I have figured it out already. The image was not present until I clicked on one of the "New Topic" images on the right side under pics management. Now it says "New Topic" above on my forum. Thanks for your help!
