I there a way that i could set up a system that the user/member self subscribes to a group for mailing purposes I.E what i'd like to set up is on sign up members say what month their car insurance is due, the month they pick will automaticaly put them

Hi i made a forum i checked the settings i have 10 users but no more can join it says when you try to register.. Administrators have forbidden any new members. but i didn't.

Decide wich groups can access the forum while its "under construction"

Hello. Nowadays, when we set the forum into "under construction" mode, only Admins can login... I suggest to change that...and that the Admin could set wich groups could log in into the forum while its in "under construction"
