Newly promoted Admin can't see link to admin panel

So I promoted the member to rank of admin, she logged out and back in. Her profile says admin but she can't see the link

suggestions?

Did you also add her to the Administrator usergroup? The members in the usergroup will see the link.

Hey there!

Many forum owners make 2 different admin groups. One for display, and one for just Admin Panel access.

Be sure you're adding the new admin to group ID 1.

Example: http://yourforumlink.forumotion.com/g1
