HTML Not working in forum posts.

I have it checked to be on in the admin. panel. It says it's on below the box to enter your message. In the options below the message, you can unclick "Disable HTML in this post" and they still do not work. I don't understand why you should have to try and unclick that for every post any way? I know it's not the videos themselves. I was able to post them in the forum I just deleted with a HTML code from Photobucket using the same forumotion format. phpBB2.

Hi,
To enable your HTML in posts you have three options:
1. AP > General > Messages and Emails > Configuration > Allow HTML
2. Profile > Prefrences > Allow HTML
3. The small button that is displayed when posting on "Post replay" that says "Allow HTML"
Have you done them all?
