has some way by the control as panels I change the image size that elevate the users because it is huge??

For avatars:
Administration Panel > Display > Avatar > Avatar Gallery
Personal Avatars tab

For posted images:
Administration Panel > General > Messages & Emails > Configuration
Images resize :
Leave fields blank for no resize.
Width : [] pixels (minimum : 300)
Height : [] pixels (minimum : 100)
