Lost founder password

I've totally lost my password. I can't log into the forum and to the tools. I am meeting the message quota of 2 to be able to PM. One is down. I'd appreciate any help given. Thank you very much.

i have moved from one internet provider to another and never thought of updating the founder email. now a year later when trying to update the layout i cant remember my password and the old email isnt any good. is there anything i can do?
