Hello all.
I am using this skin here: http://en.hitskin.com/search-a-skin/glowing-red-126663.htm
My question is about the drop down text and how to change the color. Currently it's a dark color and hard to see unless you hover over it. I'd like to change it to white.
Additionally, when you hover over a field, the description turns from light to dark. For example, under Profile, in any of the fields, when you hover in the field box with your mouse the text on the left turns dark until you move off of it. I am wondering if they are linked?
Either way, how do I change them?
TIA.

I don't see a drop down menu.

It's the default ones, like under profile settings.
But the second thing I mentioned happens if you go under shutouts and start a new topic. When you mouse over the Subject field it turns black. The same thing happens on the drop down menus, but the opposite. I'll try to include a screen shot.

Add to css:
select {
color: #fff !important;
}
select {
color: #fff !important;
}

Perhaps I put it in the wrong place, but that didn't seem to do the trick. Does it have to go at a particular spot within the CSS Stylesheet?
Thanks for your help

Try:
Display>Colors>Text Color
Make Sure its white! (#FFFFFF)
**ScrollDown**
Then find "Drop-down menu, form fields and header border color :"
Make Sure its Black! (#000000)

This didn't seem to work, either. In the preview all it did was make the drop down menu black, so you couldn't read anything unless you rolled over it.uJhisper wrote:Try:

I take it back, this actually did work. I just formatted it incorrectly. Thank you for the help!
