Backing up my forum

Hi guys/girls
How can i be sure my forum is backed up? I went into the link provided and it says restore back up from; (Blank) does this mean it as not been backed up? Thanks for all your help

Hi,
If there is a blank list, that mean your forum got no back-ups
It's normal because back ups start from 2 days after your forum creation !
