how can i import a skin to my forum?

Hi!
Go to Administration Panel => Display => Skins => Themes management => Import the skin.

Hey guys. I 've recently found out some pretty cool skins, just like this one:

I really liked it, so I downloaded it, in ZIP format. Then I went to Display/Themes Management and I found the option import
What type of file does the selected skin need to be in for me to import it into my skin?
I also have a feeling My Info for the skin is a bit too lengty. It Has CSS info for font and colors and such.
Information is appreciated.
