It's the log in widget 
Admin Panel -> Modules -> Forum Widgets Management -> Existing Widgets -> Log in
Drag it to what side of the forum your widgets are on

it's not the login widget, but the profile

The name of the widget is "Log in" to guests, it appears as the login widget, but to members it shows them their profile, posts, and etc.
