how to allow guest to post external link/email in private message?

i already change the

Disable external links to guests in messages : in to [NO]

but when someone sending private message with link or email the forum said

( You are not allowed to send external links or emails. Please contact the forum administrator for more information. )

But why do you want to allow guests to post external links and emails? Let them register...

If you want guests to post links, change it to No.

So even after changing this and pressing the save button, guests can not post links?

That is correct. I misread the first post. Guests can not use the private message system. They can use the Contact button which you can have where the messages are received as private messages.

That's correct, slg. I don't think there is an option to allow guests to post links or emails in the contact form then.

sorry i mean is the CONTACT US button..

they cant send external links and email so how can i allow them to send message with external link and email..

Go to Messages & Emails // Contact
You'll see the option there.
